These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pk346 platform. By registering an account or using any pk346 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pk346. Age verification is required during registration. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance returned in accordance with pk346 policy.
Each individual may hold only one registered pk346 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.
pk346 operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK are subject to minimum and maximum limits. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
All bonuses offered by pk346 are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Bonus terms including minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods are published with each promotion. Abuse of bonus offers may result in forfeiture.
pk346 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools for all members. These tools are available directly from your account settings at any time. pk346 will never intentionally market gambling to vulnerable individuals.
In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, game result, or account transaction on pk346, the platform's records shall be treated as the authoritative source. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. pk346's decision is final after review.

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the pk346 Platform, and by completing the registration process for a pk346 Account, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account, must not deposit funds, and must not use any service offered by pk346.
These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any specific terms published in connection with individual promotions, bonuses, competitions, or products on the Platform. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms & Conditions and any product-specific terms, the product-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that product or promotion only.
Access to and use of the pk346 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is non-negotiable and is applied without exception. pk346 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Member cannot verify that they are 21 or older, their Account will be suspended and the matter reviewed in accordance with applicable procedures.
The pk346 Platform is operated for and available to eligible players. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the pk346 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. pk346 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in all locations.
To register a pk346 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not provide false information or impersonate any other person during registration or at any subsequent time.
Each individual may hold only one registered pk346 Account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or related identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk346 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets or wagers placed from those accounts, and forfeit any Bonus Funds held within them. Deposits may be returned at pk346's discretion after review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk346 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
pk346 strongly recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. 2FA is available via OTP sent to the registered Pakistani mobile number associated with the Account. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
All activity conducted through your pk346 Account — including all bets placed, games played, and transactions made — is your sole responsibility. pk346 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact pk346 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. pk346 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include a temporary Account lock.
pk346 is required to verify the identity of its Members as part of its commitment to operating under international gaming standards and to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be requested to provide identity verification documents including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and confirmation of your registered payment method at any time. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by pk346 may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawals until the process is complete.
You may request the closure of your pk346 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your most recently used payment method, subject to standard verification requirements being met. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
pk346 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani Members: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. Current options are always displayed within your pk346 Account cashier.
All deposits are processed in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed within the cashier. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pk346 Balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing times.
pk346 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and may trigger an account review.
Withdrawal requests are processed by pk346 to the payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification being complete and any applicable wagering requirements having been met. During normal operating conditions, withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank withdrawals may take one to three business days.
All transactions on the pk346 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk346 does not accept or process deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Member and any associated fees are not covered by pk346.
pk346 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions while bonus funds are active, and expiry dates. These terms are binding and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request may be made. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, the portion of your Balance attributable to Bonus Funds is not withdrawable.
pk346 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a new-member bonus more than once; placing opposing bets across accounts to satisfy wagering requirements risk-free; using any systematic method designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine recreational gambling. Where bonus abuse is identified, pk346 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and close the relevant account or accounts.
Bonus Funds that are not used and wagering requirements that are not met within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account Balance automatically. pk346 is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonuses.
All sports bets placed on the pk346 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport and market. These rules govern settlement, void conditions, in-play bet acceptance, and the handling of abandoned or postponed events. Cricket markets, including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches, are subject to cricket-specific settlement rules that are published in the Platform's help section.
All casino games and live dealer titles available on the pk346 Platform are provided by third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. pk346 does not alter or influence game outcomes. All games utilise certified random number generation or live dealer processes as applicable.
pk346 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. This includes bets placed on events where the outcome is known or suspected to be known at the time of placement, bets placed in error due to a pricing error on the Platform, and bets that exceed the applicable maximum payout limits for the relevant market.
In the event of a technical fault, system error, or manifest pricing error on the pk346 Platform that results in a bet being accepted at an incorrect price or under incorrect conditions, pk346 reserves the right to void the relevant bet or bets and return the staked amount to the Member's Balance. Where winnings have already been credited as a result of such an error, pk346 may reclaim the erroneous amount from the Member's Balance.
pk346 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Members. Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries inherent financial risk. pk346 encourages all Members to gamble within their means and to make use of the Platform's Responsible Gaming Tools at any time.
All Responsible Gaming Tools are accessible directly from your Account settings without requiring contact with support. pk346 will action self-exclusion requests as quickly as technically possible and in any event within 24 hours of the request being received.
pk346 will not knowingly allow any individual who has registered for self-exclusion to open a new Account or reactivate a closed Account during the exclusion period. Members are responsible for informing pk346 if they believe they are at risk of developing a gambling problem. pk346 staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and to direct affected Members to appropriate resources.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk346 Platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the pk346 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, interface designs, and data compilations — is the property of pk346 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform or its content without prior written permission from pk346.
The pk346 name, logo, and any associated brand marks are trademarks of pk346. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk346 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of revenue, or losses arising from technical failures or service interruptions.
pk346 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond pk346's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. pk346 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
pk346 accepts no liability for losses attributable to a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials, to a Member's reliance on information provided through the Platform that is not guaranteed to be accurate or current, or to any event of force majeure.
pk346 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a pk346 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk346 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and game suppliers where necessary to deliver the Platform's services. All data sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data processing agreements consistent with international standards.

pk346 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Member — pk346 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address before the updated terms take effect.
Non-material changes, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes to reflect new legal requirements, may take effect immediately upon publication. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the pk346 Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
pk346 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pk346 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct, or where continued operation of the Account would present an unacceptable risk to pk346 or to other Members.
Upon termination for breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings held in the Account may be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at pk346's discretion following a review of the circumstances, subject to the deduction of any amounts that pk346 is entitled to reclaim.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Member will be notified by email. pk346 aims to complete investigations and communicate outcomes within a reasonable timeframe. Members may not open a new Account while a suspension is active.
